If you have followed our recommended care and your seeds don’t perform to your satisfaction, notify us and we will replace it free of charge or provide the cost of the product as credit toward a future purchase.

We ask that you allow each product the recommended growing time provided in our growing guides and seed packet information before considering a product unsatisfactory. To be sure that our products have an adequate amount of time to perform well, we’ve established the following guidelines:
- Seed: contact us within one year of purchase.
- All Natural Fertilizers: within the first 30 days, return will be accepted.
